Stacie Chilton
she/her
Stacie is a Graduate Student Intern completing a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She is a collaborator with clients in developing clarity, balance, and personal wisdom to more freely live the life they choose.
Prior to becoming a therapist, Stacie spent 20 years in the fitness and nutrition industries helping clients cultivate freedom through honoring the body as a certified personal trainer, Pilates instructor, and Life and Nutrition Coach. Through that, Stacie became increasingly aware of the integral connection between mind, body, and spirit and that supporting clients through mental health counseling was the most integrous way to holistically care for the individuals she has the opportunity to work with.
Stacie enjoys working with a wide variety of adults and adolescents from all walks of life and points of view. She provides a counseling space free of judgment and full of creativity in support of what brings fuller, more meaningful life for her clients. Sometimes that includes ecotherapy - getting outside and using the beautiful outdoor space nearby. Other modalities Stacie uses include IFS, CBT, person-centered, somatic work, and narrative therapy, among others. Each session is determined by the individual needs of the client. Areas of specialty include complex trauma, relationship issues, codependency, religious difficulties/trauma, parenting issues, neurodivergent support, coping with health-related challenges and autoimmune disease, anger, and loneliness. Stacie is a safe ally of the LGBTQIA+ community and is committed to providing unconditional support of her clients from all identities and walks of life.
